beating apart
one behind a scarf
in a parked car
waiting for an alarmed
boy hehind bars
unaware of his charges
of breaking a heart
he calmly exhales
as he posts bail
and walks free from jail
and sits with a frail
and disheartened Jilly
who put him in this building
because of her feelings
of not being believed
accused of decieving
some would call him silly
for being willing
to see her freely
