So if you didn't know
I've been without a home
for a week or so
just an everyday hobo
and what it's shown
via couch is
who's enough of a pal
to put food in my mouth
more than just actors
in lifes chapters
their hearts are molded after
what really matters
a humbled being
I quit grumbling
to have friends like these
is quite comforting
just a few more days
and I'll be in my place
no longer disgraced
by the derelicte name
my room is in my car
freedom my art
to anyone who cares
you're forever in my heart
